As President of Terrie O’Connor Realtors, Sarah M. Drennan leads strategic growth, operational excellence, and innovation across the company’s nine branch offices and more than 450 sales associates. A licensed Real Estate Broker and seasoned executive, Sarah brings a unique blend of real estate expertise, business leadership, and marketing insight to her role.
Prior to becoming President, Sarah served as Executive Vice President, where she oversaw company-wide operations and implemented growth initiatives. She also managed the Allendale office, where her hands-on leadership, coaching, and mentorship helped drive the success of over 50 agents.
Sarah began her career as an International Resource Manager at one of the world’s largest public relations firms before co-founding a PR industry trade association as Vice President of Operations. Her background in public relations, sales, and customer service has shaped her results-driven, people-first leadership style in real estate.
A respected industry voice, Sarah serves on the Board of Directors for the New Jersey Multiple Listing Service and has been actively involved with Greater Bergen Realtors through various committees, including the Leadership Advisory Board, Tech, Community Service, Broker Advisory, and MLS.
Sarah is equally committed to community service. She sits on the Board of Directors for The Grace Foundation of Terrie O’Connor Realtors and supports causes such as Covenant House of New Jersey. She was recently re-elected to a second term as Councilwoman for the Borough of Upper Saddle River, where she lives with her three children.
