Sarah is a Silicon Valley veteran with over 10 years of experience in software engineering & project management for companies such as Apple Inc, and Excite@Home. She changed careers and began to focus on real estate in 2004. Sarah brings in the discipline, technology, and work ethic of successful software companies into her real estate career.
Sarah specializes in acquisitions of gas stations and oil company approval as well as environmental issues. Her strong suit is financial analysis of commercial investments.
