Sarah O’Halloran is Director of Operations at Brennan Investment Group, where she is responsible for implementing the firm’s Operating Principles across its national portfolio. In this role, Sarah ensures alignment between asset management execution and Brennan’s investment objectives, while overseeing operational performance, quality standards, and tenant service across the company’s growing footprint.
Sarah plays a key role in integrating operations into Brennan’s investment strategy and identifying tenant-driven growth opportunities within Brennan’s national customer base of over 900 tenants.
Since joining Brennan in 2013, Sarah has held multiple leadership positions. She began as Director of Marketing before transitioning into leasing for the Midwest region in 2018. In 2024, she was promoted to Vice President of Leasing for Midwest Operations, managing a 12 million square foot portfolio with a 95% occupancy rate.
