Sarah Schank, CCIM serves as a Director at Katz & Associates. Based in Charlotte, her primary focus is tenant and landlord representation in the Carolinas, Virginia, and Georgia. Sarah is responsible for prospecting and market analysis as well as lease negotiations.
Sarah is passionate about contributing to the development of the Carolinas and helping her clients grow. Her vast market knowledge, drive, and work ethic set her apart from her peers. Prior to joining Katz in 2019, Sarah worked at Phillips Edison & Company where she worked her way up from an intern to a determined and hardworking Leasing Associate. She was tasked with leasing operations and market expertise for a portfolio of grocery-anchored centers totaling 100,000 SF of GLA throughout the Mid-Atlantic. While with PECO, she enhanced her skills in canvasing, negotiating, and merchandising as well as market and property analysis.
