Sarah joined SRS’ Capital Markets team in 2018 from Kentucky Fried Chicken Corporation where she managed a team responsible for working with franchisees and internal personnel to accommodate franchisee needs. In her role, she partnered with the legal, accounting, operations, development, and IT departments to implement creative solutions pertaining to franchisee objectives. She also worked for Yum! Brands, Inc., in several tax compliance roles. Her role included managing a team responsible for 95 legal entities who prepared financial statements, handled audit oversights and cash management, and were responsible for project management of the tax department’s brand alignment project.
