<br>Hi, I’m Sasha Iyamu, the owner and broker of Elite Realty and Insurance Services (ERIS). Born in Nigeria, I began my real estate journey in 2006 as a part-time realtor while working full-time. Evenings and weekends were dedicated to helping buyers and sellers achieve their homeownership dreams. I hold a B.A. in Business Management from Western Connecticut State University and have always had an entrepreneurial mindset. As my real estate career flourished, I expanded into the insurance industry, obtaining my property & casualty and life & health licenses. After working with several companies, I realized that the traditional 9-to-5 path wasn’t for me—leading to the creation of ERIS. At ERIS, our mission is to put clients first by educating buyers and sellers, ensuring they make informed decisions to find the perfect home. We also specialize in comprehensive insurance solutions, offering coverage for home, auto, rental, and health insurance.
