Saul Zenkevicius is a seasoned Commercial Real Estate (CRE) investor and entrepreneur with over two decades of experience in the real estate industry. As the Managing Partner of Z Equity Group, Saul has built a portfolio exceeding $100 million in value, encompassing more than 1.2 million square feet of commercial property. Saul's expertise spans value-add strategies, portfolio optimization, and adaptive reuse projects, positioning Saul Z as a trusted leader in the CRE space.
Saul began a career in residential real estate in 2004, then transitioned to commercial investments in 2017 by founding Z Equity Group to focus on high-impact, value-driven acquisitions. Mr. Z has completed 200 transactions as a principal and more than 2,000 deals as a broker, demonstrating a hands-on approach and deep market insight.
