Scott Alderman is a native of Valdosta and has been licensed and active in the local commercial / investment / land real estate market since 1982. He is a graduate of Valdosta State University with a BBA (1981) and MBA (1988). He also taught real estate for 12 years at Valdosta (now Wiregrass) Technical College. Scott founded First Commercial Real Estate in 1996 after seeing the need for a specialized independent commercial brokerage here. During his career he has sold and leased over $250 million in commercial / investment / land properties. His primary market is Valdosta / Lowndes County and South Central Georgia.
