Scott Auker is a veteran real estate professional with over 30 years of experience in strategy, acquisitions, underwriting, capital improvements, and asset management. Throughout his career, he has been instrumental in the acquisition, development, and construction of over $1 billion in commercial real estate projects across the United States.
Scott was a founding partner of Avison Young-Florida, where he played a key role in building one of Florida’s largest and most respected real estate services firms. He also founded ADI, a development and investment company responsible for multiple eight-figure projects throughout Florida.
Known for his strategic vision and deep industry expertise, Scott brings a track record of value creation and leadership to every phase of the real estate lifecycle.
