Scott Bigford joined Starlight in November 2018 as Senior Executive Director, Asset Management, Starlight U.S. Multi-Family. Scott is responsible for group oversight and managing the U.S. Multi-Family real estate owned by public vehicles and institutional joint venture partnerships. Prior to joining Starlight, Scott spent 22 years with the Realstar Group in various senior leadership roles, most recently as Senior Vice President, Operations responsible for Realstar’s property management operation across the country. Scott has a Diploma in Business Administration from Sheridan College.
