Scott Bishop is a seasoned commercial real estate executive with over 20 years of experience in brokerage, acquisitions, and development across the Bay Area and beyond. As Director of Commercial Real Estate for Intero, Scott leads strategic initiatives focused on investment sales, leasing, and property repositioning—helping clients maximize value and navigate complex transactions with confidence.
Before joining Intero, Scott served as Director of Real Estate Development for Eagle Pacific Real Estate, where he launched the Home Ready Program, a pre-sale renovation platform that dramatically reduced Days on Market and increased seller returns. Previously, as founder and broker of Bishop Clancy Commercial Real Estate, he represented hundreds of property owners and tenants, built long-term client relationships, and led a high-performing team known for its market expertise and client-first service.
Scott’s career has been defined by his deep understanding of city planning and construction integration, allowing him to bridge the gap between design, development, and investment strategy. His collaborative approach extends to city officials, developers, and business owners, ensuring every project aligns with both financial and community goals.
Scott holds a Bachelor of Science in Business and Marketing from San Jose State University and maintains broker licenses in California and Nevada.
