Bio
Bluhm joined Newmark Zimmer in 2012 and currently serves as an Executive Managing Director at the company’s Kansas City, Missouri, office. His primary responsibilities include the sale and leasing of industrial properties, as well as national tenant representation of all property types throughout the United States.
Scott helps lead the industrial leasing team focusing on Spec and Class A projects. He is intimately familiar with building tenants, owners, lease expirations, comps (lease and sale) and notable transactions in the market. Scott also has extended knowledge and experience with land acquisition for industrial development. In addition, he is trained in various real estate systems such as CoStar, Loopnet, REApplications and other Newmark Zimmer proprietary software.
Scott is an active member of both the Lenexa and Olathe chambers of commerce and participated in the Leadership Lenexa program, where he helped run the Economic Development Day program in 2017. Leadership Lenexa is an intensive, nine-session program of the Lenexa Chamber of Commerce, devoted to strengthening and educating area business and community professionals.
