As Vice President of RAM's commercial division, he oversees acquisition, development, construction and management of all commercial properties. The commercial division portfolio includes office, retail, condominium and hospitality properties in Northwest Florida. he also oversees telecom revenue opportunities at market-rate multifamily properties. mr. Clemo holds the prestigious Executive CPM designation for Royal American Management, Inc. It is the highest designation achievable through the Institute of Real Estate Management allowing RAM to become an Accredited Management Organization. He also currently maintains real estate broker licenses in 14 states throughout the southeast and midwest.
