Scott Fitzgerald brings over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate, with a focus on healthcare, retail, and mixed-use developments. With a foundation in financial accounting and public accounting, he offers a strategic, numbers-driven approach to real estate planning and execution.
He’s held leadership roles overseeing ground-up and redevelopment initiatives across the Midwest, managing more than 4.5 million square feet of leasing and development. His expertise spans site planning, construction budgeting, brokerage strategy, and public-private partnerships, including TIF and CID programs. Scott holds a Bachelor’s degree in Financial Accounting and began his career as a CPA before transitioning into real estate. Outside of work, he enjoys coaching his sons, Easton and Colton, in travel baseball and football.
