Bio
Mr. Fowler is a Los Angeles native who grew up surrounded in the commercial real estate world. He attended Harvard-Westlake and the University of Southern California where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business (’04). He later received his MBA from Pepperdine University (’10).
He began his real estate career structuring Mello-Roos financing facilities for major homebuilders in Southern California including D.R. Horton, Pardee Homes, KB Home, and Shea Homes. After receiving his MBA, he moved into the commercial real estate sector where he advised for a major restaurant and hospitality franchisor in the purchase of locations throughout the West Coast.
Mr. Fowler joined Broadway Capital Partners in 2015. He is responsible for originating and structuring debt facilities across all sectors of CRE with an emphasis on NNN leased properties and 1031 Exchanges.
