J. Scott Fraser, Principal, is a native of Southern California, with more than 44 years of experience managing Southern California commercial real estate. In the spring of 1980, after receiving his Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Southern California, Scott began his real estate career as the Director of Property Management with Pacesetter Business Properties. At Pacesetter Business Properties, Scott was responsible for successfully managing a large diverse commercial portfolio throughout Southern California. He was able to maintain high levels of occupancy and financial growth by giving his personal attention and involvement to each property.
Building with a commitment of integrity and proven ability as a solid cornerstone, Scott formed America West Properties, Inc. in 1990. The company has exceeded the expectations of both client and tenant, becoming a leader in providing superior real estate services. Living through all the various phases and cycles of the real estate economy Scott has acquired a keen sense of understanding and knowledge, which has enabled him to direct his portfolios, while maintaining stability for his client’s properties.
