He has done numerous transactions covering acquisitions, sales, and leasing, along with being the primary coordinator for purchasing houses, renovating, and selling them for large profits. Scott also is well versed in doing restaurant leasing and business sales. His focus has been on multi-family/investment properties and restaurant & office leasing.
