Scott Godino established SVN | The Equity Group in 1980 and serves as its chief executive officer. His expertise derives from over 40 years of national and local real estate and brokerage experience.
Under his guidance, SVN | The Equity Group quickly became a leader in Las Vegas’ real estate market. From 1984 to 1990, Scott functioned as principal of one of the largest full-service real estate offices in Las Vegas at the time; Interwest Commercial Real Estate Network. In 1998, Scott became a principal in Triad Development and was instrumental in the development of four major projects. These comprised two retail shopping centers and two Class A office parks: Shoppes at Canyon Pointe Phase I and II; Hills Center Business Park Phase I and II; and Mountain View Professional Park Phase I and II.
From 1988-1992, Scott served as the western real estate manager for Circuit City Stores, Inc., becoming its exclusive broker from 1992-2004. He completed over 400 transactions for Circuit City in every major market west of the Mississippi and the Chicago and New York metro areas. This has enabled SVN The Equity Group to have strong relationships with many major players in real estate nationwide.
