Scott Hutchinson specializes in the valuation and sale of both institutional and private capital hospitality real estate assets across the United States. In the past five years, Scott has participated in transactions totaling over $500 million in more than 50 properties.
Prior to joining the Hospitality Practice Group with Colliers and CBRE/New England Capital Markets team, Scott was the Director of Research for CBRE/NE where he was responsible for tracking statistics for over 7,700 office, laboratory and industrial buildings comprising roughly 600 million square feet across Greater New England. In this position, Scott was accountable for the planning, development and execution of all statistical and research-based initiatives throughout the company’s eight regional offices.
In addition to his real estate background with Colliers and CBRE/NE, Scott brings nine+ years of experience in hospitality management working in an operations, project management, and development capacity where he was also responsible for site feasibility and market analysis for a national restaurant group.
