Scott joined JPI in 2015 and leads the Investment Management Team in Texas. As Vice President of Investment Management, Langley oversees the strategy and positioning of JPI’s assets, ensuring the long-term success and financial performance of the region’s communities. Scott's responsibilities include lease-up, operations, and the strategic disposition of each asset to maximize value for investors.
With 20 years of multifamily experience spanning development, construction, and property management, Scott brings a comprehensive perspective to investment management. Langley has played a key role in the lease-up and disposition of more than 17,000 apartment homes across 48 communities, representing a total asset valuation of $3.8 billion.
A Dallas native, Scott earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Southern Methodist University.
