Scott Moreau, Director of Commercial Leasing at Lupoli Companies, brings over two decades of leadership experience across education and real estate. Since joining Lupoli Companies in 2017, he has specialized in leasing, mixed-use project development, real estate positioning, and strategic market analysis, while also leading initiatives in investor relations and capital raising. His career began in education, serving as a teacher and athletic director before moving into district-level athletic leadership at SEEM Collaborative, Tyngsborough Public Schools, and Chelmsford Public Schools. Leveraging his background in leadership and administration, Moreau has successfully guided public-private partnerships and development strategies that drive organizational growth. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Health and Physical Education from Seton Hall University and a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from American International College.
