Scott Niedergang is a national leader in healthcare real estate capital markets. With a core competency of sale-leaseback and investment sale transactions, he is a trusted advisor to owners of medical office buildings, ambulatory surgery centers, surgical hospitals, rehabilitation hospitals, behavioral health facilities, and outpatient facilities utilized by various specialties. On behalf of his clients, Scott has directly advised on the disposition of over 190 healthcare assets in 22 states with a market value exceeding $1.1 billion
Before founding Physician Real Estate Capital Advisors, LLC (“PRECAP”), Scott led the healthcare capital markets practice as a Managing Director of Cushman & Wakefield (C&W), a full-service publicly-traded commercial real estate firm. Prior to C&W, he established and built the healthcare capital markets platform at Marcus & Millichap, a publicly-traded real estate service provider exclusively focused on investment sales and debt origination. Before his recruitment and acquisition by C&W, he grew Marcus & Millichap’s Institutional Property Advisors division into one of the most active healthcare real estate capital markets organizations in the country.
Scott is a frequent speaker and contributor to numerous business organizations and publications.
