Scott has a diverse background in brokerage, leasing, project and property management, and finance. He specializes in investment sales, office and medical office sales and leasing, and site selection for development clients and owner/tenant users. A member of the NAI Charleston team since 2012, Scott takes a personal and proactive approach with his clients, dealing with property issues and client needs promptly and directly. Years of experience representing Landlords, Tenants, Buyers and Sellers has given him a detailed understanding of leasing issues and terms, which helps him to serve each client’s unique goals and requirements.
Successful brokerage is about the client – getting a clear understanding of their needs and working with them, unequivocally on their behalf, through the process. Adding value to each transaction or assignment is what motivates me and is what I enjoy most about my work.
