Scott drives the overall growth of EDEN Multifamily communities in the mid-Atlantic region as Senior Vice President of Mid-Atlantic Development.
His responsibilities include coordination of site selection, acquisition, underwriting, zoning, entitlement, construction planning, and project management through completion.
Before joining EDEN, Scott worked in commercial real estate in the financial markets with Bank of America and as a developer with Lat Purser & Associates in Charlotte, NC. Scott earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from UNC Charlotte and is an active member of several CRE Trade groups, including ULI, ICSC, and NAIOP, where he was a past Chairman. Outside work, he enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, boating, and fishing.
