Scott Price is a Principal at Lee & Associates, bringing nearly two decades of commercial real estate experience focused on landlord representation and retail leasing across the Las Vegas Valley. Scott has spent his entire career in retail real estate, beginning at Newmark in 2008, where he immersed himself in the firm’s retail leasing platform and contributed to transactions spanning marketing, deal coordination, and brokerage. That foundation gave him an intimate understanding of lease structuring, deal mechanics, and Southern Nevada’s retail market. Today, he represents landlords throughout the valley, positioning retail assets for stabilized occupancy and long-term value.
Scott studied Hospitality Management at the University of Nevada in Las Vegas and received his Bachelor's of Science.
