Scott joined Aspen Group LLP as a Commercial REALTOR® to advance the company’s focus on commercial property and attention to detail. Scott brings his knowledge of business, marketing and customer relations to bolster the Aspen Group’s vision of strength and stability. Prior to joining the Aspen Group, Scott worked in the insurance and banking industries with State Farm Insurance and Wells Fargo Financial. Scott specializes in new lease negotiations and lease renewals, Tenant and Landlord representation in all markets including office, retail and industrial as well as Buyer and Seller representation in building and land sales and investment property. Scott has practiced outside of the Bismarck-Mandan area all the way to the Bakken Oilfield in Dickinson, Killdeer and Williston. Scott is enrolled and working towards his CCIM designation. A Bismarck native, Scott is a graduate of St. Mary’s Central High School and the University of Mary with a degree in Business Administration. He is a graduate of the University of Mary Graduate program and holds his MBA with a focus in Management. Scott is also a graduate of the Bismarck-Mandan Chamber of Commerce Leadership Bismarck-Mandan program. Scott enjoys volunteering and being involved in the business community. Scott has served on the Missouri Slope Area-Wide United Way Campaign Cabinet as well as the inaugural Cabinet for the University of Mary Athletics Armada Club. In addition, Scott is a board member for CCO Inc, which is an organization that provides supportive services to low-income working individuals and offers programming in the areas of transportation assistance, childcare assistance and basic living needs. In the past, Scott has incorporated business practices into the classroom as an instructor for the Junior Achievement Program and has been part of Toastmasters.
