With 20 years of real estate experience and an understanding of development, Scott is uniquely qualified to evaluate and advise on the acquisitions/disposition of development land for owners, developers and investors throughout the greater Calgary area. Scott provides value on sites using two established methodologies: residual value analysis and an in-depth comparison of market trends.
Since joining the industry in 2011, Scott has been involved in over 50 transactions exceeding $1 billion in total real estate commerce. The combination of experience and a specialization in development are what make his services exceptional.
