Bio
Scott joined NAI MLG Commercial in 2005. His responsibilities include site
selection, leasing retail properties, the representation of local and national
retailers and land development. Scott also partners with landlords and
developers in the sale, lease, acquisition and development of commercial
property. Paying close attention to his clients’ needs and goals has enabled
Scott to solidify longstanding relationships with local developers and national
retailers.
Prior to joining the retail group, Scott worked as a real estate assistant for NAI
MLG Commercial. In this role, Scott was exposed to many different aspects
of the commercial real estate arena including land development, asset
acquisition, property management and third party brokerage. After joining the
retail group, Scott enjoyed much success and was the recipient of MLG’s
“Rookie of the Year” award. Scott continues to work closely with local and
national retailers and is happy to provide a client list upon request.
Scott is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC)
and of the Commercial Association of Realtors Wisconsin (CARW).
Throughout the year Scott is an active member of the ICSC Wisconsin
Chapter Planning Committee. He has been responsible for facilitating
roundtable discussions at both CARW and ICSC events. In addition to
Scott’s local affiliations he is also an active member of the NAI Global Retail Council.
