As the third generation to be involved in commercial real estate, Scott Snider is seasoned in the industry, bringing a combined 20 years experience in property management and rehab construction. Most recently, he held a project management role with one of the largest REIT’s in the country and contributed operational support to several private equity firms.
As a native Charlottean, Scott aspires to offer his skill, care and diligence to industrial brokerage in the Carolinas, using his local experience and market knowledge to help deliver a space that works for his clients. In his role he takes a consultative approach to provide strategic guidance to investors, owners, landlords and tenants. He graduated from St. Andrews University with a B.A. in International Relations and English.
