Scott manages Wilshire Capital Partners, along with Taylor Bennett. Scott’s focus is on the firm’s investment strategy, identifying target markets, acquisitions, and transaction structuring.
Prior to Wilshire Capital Partners, Scott was in charge of the Los Angeles office of Broadway Partners, a real estate investment and management firm with total transaction value in excess of $15 billion. As Managing Director, he was responsible for 11 million square feet on the West Coast, handling all acquisitions and asset management.
Prior to Broadway, Scott oversaw acquisitions, dispositions and financing at Douglas Emmett and was involved with 6 million square feet of commercial office properties and over 1,700 apartment units in Southern California.
Scott received a B.S. in Finance and an M.B.A. from the University of Southern California.
