Scott, a corporate growth strategist in the international hospitality industry, has an impressive track record. He’s steered transformation, growth, and brand maximization for industry giants like Aimbridge Hospitality LLC. Scott’s expertise extends to ownership engagement responsibilities with major groups such as Blackstone (BRE Hotels & Resorts), G Holdings, NexPoint Capital, Singerman Real Estate, and Fulcrum Hospitality. His role in a 2012 re-brand initiative, transitioning 103 newly acquired hotels from Jameson Inns to Choice and Wyndham properties, highlights his impact on accelerated growth within the U.S. Early in his career, Scott excelled as the general manager of the Signature Inn in South Bend, Indiana. His achievements included the highest occupancy and average daily rate in the company for five consecutive years. He also received multiple awards for operational excellence and served as a municipal representative. Promotions followed, leading Scott to become Regional Director of Operations for third-party management groups like Kitchin Hospitality Inc. and Park Management Group. His journey culminated in the role of SVP of Operations at Aimbridge Hospitality, where he reports directly to the president of the select service division. Scott’s hands-on approach to hospitality drives success in team building, leadership development, vendor management, budget allocation, marketing, and operations. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science in Management and Marketing from Ball State University. He actively participates in several nonprofit initiatives. He’s also published an inspirational short story in honor of his late son’s battle with cancer.
