Prior to joining Lennard Commercial, as Managing Director and Principal, Scott has worked with many multinational firms across the country. With over 25 years’ industry experience, Scott is a well-organized account lead who has managed both the acquisition and disposition of all types of real estate. Scott has advised and run both acquisition and disposition tenders for many multinational firms.
Scott has successfully managed site selection requirements for various types of properties. As a well-organized, discrete consultant, Scott is been able to identify his clients’ core objectives and overcome challenges with creative solutions.
Scott is extremely familiar with the disposition process by tender. He has designed and managed many sales by tender including providing a fully documented process for the client to ensure the utmost professionalism and care is taken while managing the disposition.
