Scott Unger is a commercial real estate advisor specializing in office leasing, investment and owner-user sales, and land dispositions in the Tri-Cities (Pasadena, Glendale, and Burbank) and San Gabriel Valley markets. Over a 17-year career, Scott has completed more than $1 billion in transaction volume with over 4 million square feet leased, sold, or underwritten.
Scott’s experience on both sides of a transaction helps benefit his clients as he is able to use his intimate knowledge of lease and purchase structures to the benefit of both property owners and occupiers. For property owners and investors, he oversees strategy and marketing for office leasing, building sales, owner-user transactions, and development land dispositions. For tenants and occupiers, he leads site selection, lease negotiations, acquisitions, and dispositions that range from single-office occupiers to multi-location and multi-market requirements.
Scott’s clients include institutional owners, private investors, family offices, non-profits, financial institutions, healthcare organizations and medical groups, and companies ranging from growing startups to established enterprises across the Tri-Cities and San Gabriel Valley.
Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, Scott began his real estate career in 2009 with Charles Dunn Company where he was consistently a top performer and achieved the prestigious Charlie’s Club designation.
