Bio
Prior to founding Labrador Capital, Mr. Brophy was a Principal and member of the General Partner of Celerity Partners, Inc. a $200 million private equity firm. At Celerity, Mr. Brophy focused primarily on middle market buyout transactions, growth financings and industry consolidations. Mr. Brophy began his career at W.E. Myers & Company, a merchant-banking firm, where he specialized in buy-side acquisition advisory services for private equity funds and corporate clients.
Mr. Brophy presently serves on the board of directors of Vista Cove Senior Living, LLC and was previously a director of Day International, Inc., Robert Brandt & Co., Constar International, Inc., Dynamic Details, Inc., Imperial Technologies, Inc. and Starcom Holdings, Inc. Mr. Brophy received an MBA from Pepperdine University and a B.S. from the University of Utah.
