Sean serves as Senior Vice President, Southeast Region at Logistics Property Company where he is responsible for development, leasing, and expansion into additional markets in the region.
Prior to joining the team, Sean was Senior Vice President, Industrial Development for a U.S. real estate investment group, where he led the planning, construction and leasing of a 2,000-acre multi-modal logistics park at the Port of Savannah. He has also served in several leadership roles for a national industrial development firm, including managing research and market strategy as well as driving multi-market build-to-suits and large-scale logistics projects.
Throughout his career, Sean has executed industrial development, acquisitions, and dispositions totaling 15 million square feet and $1.3 billion, including over nine million square feet of new construction.
