Sean joined H&R Retail as an intern in 2002 and now serves as the Director of Leasing. Sean’s comprehensive retail real estate career includes overseeing the leasing efforts of a 4M SF portfolio which resulted in over 500 transactions throughout the greater Baltimore/Washington, DC markets. Beyond leasing, Sean is experienced in developing group up projects, redeveloping existing shopping centers and has worked on myriad refinancing and facade renovations.
