Sean S. Hwangbo is Senior Vice President Investments of Remax based in Rancho Cucamonga, California, specializing in Investment Grade Real Estate with an emphasis in Multi-Family and Commercial properties. Sean exclusively represents a variety of client types that include high net worth individuals, businesses, syndications, family trusts & private equity funds.
Since his acceptance into Marcus & Millichap's prestigious Sales Intern Program (SIP) in year 2013, Sean has actively been involved in the underwriting, listing, aggressive marketing and successful closing & financing of over $400,000,000 worth of investment grade real estate throughout the United States. This has earned him title of Vice President Investments in October of year 2018. Prior to real estate, Sean has been working overseas in Singapore where he was responsible for overseeing his family business of acquisition and management of holdings and gained experience in developing strategies, financial analysis, human resources and overall management, which gave him a unique perspective in assisting other businesses with their strategic real estate decisions.
Sean graduated from University of California, Riverside – A. Gary Anderson Graduate School of Management with a bachelor’s degree in Finance. In his free time, Sean enjoys investment real estate, the outdoors, traveling, reading, and his new found love, golf.
