For more than two decades, Sean Kearns has added value to both office Landlords and Tenants through his knowledge, creativity and hard work. He joined CBRE in 2023 after nearly 12 years at Cushman & Wakefield. In 2014, Mr. Kearns was recognized as one of the Cushman & Wakefield’s Top 100 Brokers in the Americas. Sean is primarily focused on Landlord agency leasing in Manhattan representing a cross-section of owners from small and private to institutional REITS. Sean graduated from the University of Southern California (USC). He previously served on the Board of Governors for the USC Alumni Association. In 2011, Sean received the USC Alumni Association’s President’s Award, recognizing his contributions to USC. Sean is a long-time member of the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY). He resides in Manhattan with his wife and two daughters.
