Sean O'Brian founded Illuminated Wealth Inc. on a simple idea: property owners and investors deserve an advisor who tells them what he actually thinks, not what closes the fastest transaction. Since 2018, Sean has represented buyers and sellers across multifamily and manufactured housing community investment sales throughout Northern California and the Central Valley, working from a deep, local understanding of the markets he serves.

Before real estate, Sean spent a decade as a small business owner in the health and wellness field, and later worked in the energy division of Tesla, where he was recognized with multiple sales, service, and community awards. That range of experience shapes how he works with clients today — with the same discipline, follow-through, and direct communication in every engagement.
A Sacramento-area native raised in Fair Oaks, Sean is a graduate of Eastern Oregon University, where he earned his degree with honors and played football as a team captain and Academic All-American, following two championship seasons at Sierra College. The same preparation and competitiveness shows up today in how he underwrites a deal and represents a client's interests at the table.
