Bio
Sean O'Shea, Managing Director of the Net Lease Group of BRC Advisors, brings over 30 years of experience in real estate investment to our senior management staff. Prior to joining BRC Advisors, Mr. O'Shea was an Executive Vice President at Triple Net Equities, Inc. His experience ranges from serving as an officer and shareholder of a regional commercial brokerage firm on the East Coast to serving as a Senior Asset Manager for a $2 billion private REIT in Santa Fe, NM.
He has completed in excess of $450 million dollars of transactions throughout the country. He brings a track record of superb relationships with high net worth investors and 'hands-on' management experience with nationally recognized real estate management companies throughout the country.
He formerly served on the Board of Directors of the Home Builders' Association of Philadelphia, NAHB and is an active member of the Urban Land Institute and the International Council of Shopping Center. He maintains real estate licenses in California, New Mexico and Colorado.
Mr. O'Shea is a graduate of Franklin & Marshall College; attended the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, focusing on Construction Finance; and has completed a number of Investment and 1031 Exchange Advanced course work and workshops to stay abreast of current developments in the national NNN marketplace.
