Sean Spellman is a Managing Director with JLL, Investor Leasing. Sean specializes in office leasing, providing owners of institutional quality office properties throughout metro Phoenix with world-class marketing and leasing strategies.
Prior to joining JLL, Sean was a Senior Vice President at CBRE, and a Senior Director at Cushman & Wakefield.
A Phoenix native and graduate of the University of Arizona, Sean received a Bachelor of Science in finance. He is a member of the Arizona Chapter of NAIOP and co-chair of the 2019 NAIOP Night at the Fights. He also is actively involved in Executive Council Charities and the Men’s Art Council.
