Seb specializes in supporting the Creative Places’ burgeoning agency work, assisting clients in the acquisition and letting of specialist R&D real estate in Cambridge and the golden triangle.
Seb’s specific experience within the life science and R&D real estate sector has seen him advise clients on the acquisition of various commercial assets as well as occupational agency matters across Cambridge and beyond. Notable clients included South Cambridgeshire District Council, for whom Seb acted on the acquisition of various assets at Cambridge Science Park and St John’s Innovation Park. He was also involved in the sale of The Merrifield Centre in Cambridge to Life Science REIT. Further afield, Seb has advised Nottingham City Council regarding Nottingham Science Park and the University of Essex regarding Knowledge Gateway.
