Raised in a small trailer park in Winchester, VA, Sebastian grew up with limited resources and few role models. Those early years gave him a clear picture of the life he didn’t want and the future he was determined to build for himself and his family. At fourteen, he made a decision that would shape his life: he would outwork circumstance, outlast doubt, and create opportunities that didn’t yet exist. That mindset became his competitive advantage.
From early-morning training sessions to working nearly full-time jobs as a teenager and launching small businesses to support his family, Sebastian learned that progress comes from doing the hard things every day. That drive carried him into the U.S. Air Force, where he served as a Special Missions Aviator and developed the composure, precision, and problem-solving ability he now brings to his clients.
While serving, he earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Waldorf University Summa Cum Laude, along with an Associate degree in Aviation Operations - all while working multiple side jobs, earning his real estate license, and building the foundation for his career. His rise at Marcus & Millichap reflects that same drive, earning him recognition as one of the firm’s most promising young advisors.
Today, Sebastian pairs his personal grit with the firm’s national platform, leveraging deep industry relationships, real-time market intelligence, and a nationwide buyer network to deliver strategic outcomes for owners in the car wash and net-lease sectors. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling with his wife, spending time outdoors with his two German Shepherds, and staying committed to his passion for health and fitness.
