Sebastian Harris started his investment sales career in Marcus & Millichap's Tampa office in 2016, before joining Colliers in 2024. He focuses on assets, 100 units and under, located in the Greater Tampa Bay Area.
Prior to his investment sales career, Sebastian successfully launched businesses in the apparel and entertainment industries, with a focus on sales, branding, marketing, and advertising. Sebastian also worked with multiple start-ups and fledgling businesses by driving sales and increasing brand awareness. His unique experience, entrepreneurial drive, and outside the box thinking have been an integral part of his ability to deliver superior results for the clients he serves.
Sebastian has been a lifetime resident of the Tampa Bay and has been involved in the sale of over one hundred million dollars of multifamily assets throughout Florida.
