Sebastian Misiewicz is a Founding Senior Vice President at Scarlett Harper Commercial, where he focuses on investment sales and capital markets advisory across Florida. With deep expertise in the acquisition, disposition, and exchange of commercial real estate assets,  Sebastian has built a strong reputation as a trusted advisor to owners, investors, and private capital groups seeking informed guidance in a competitive and constantly evolving market. Sebastian is known for his command of market fundamentals, practical transaction judgment, and ability to advise clients through complex sales processes with clarity and discipline. His experience across multiple property types and Florida submarkets allows him to help clients evaluate asset positioning, understand buyer demand, identify value drivers, and execute strategies designed to maximize outcomes. Prior to joining Scarlett Harper Commercial, Sebastian served as a Principal and Team Leader at Lee & Associates South Florida, where he worked alongside the South Florida Capital Markets team and played a key role in closing nearly $1 billion in commercial real estate sales. Before Lee & Associates, Sebastian was a Senior Associate at CBRE in Fort Lauderdale. He began his brokerage career at Marcus & Millichap, where he specialized in the acquisition and disposition of commercial investment properties and was instrumental in helping the Silver Group close nearly $500 million in commercial real estate assets. Sebastian attended the University of Gdansk. Outside of his professional work, he is passionate about giving back to the community and remains involved in philanthropic initiatives.
