With over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate (CRE) and venture capital, I have orchestrated more than $500M in global deals, specializing in adaptive reuse, cross-border investments, and landmark developments. As a Commercial Real Estate Advisor at eXp Commercial, I direct end-to-end brokerage and advisory services, targeting transactions exceeding $100M across multifamily, retail, office, and hospitality assets. My expertise includes transforming underutilized properties into high-value developments, facilitating partnerships with international investors from Europe, Asia, and the Middle East, and applying econometric modeling to identify market inefficiencies and forecast trends for optimal client returns. Previously, as Managing Partner at SAF Venture Capital since 2019, I guide prop-tech and retail ventures to market leadership by capitalizing on inefficiencies and developing innovative business models. At Built 4 Good, I syndicated and developed NNN-leased property portfolios, managing the full lifecycle from acquisition to disposition.
Earlier roles further honed my skills in high-stakes CRE: As Managing Director at CREG from 2013 to 2017, I led a premier firm overseeing €300M ($325M+ USD) in cross-border transactions across Spain, Cyprus, and Germany, negotiating 1.2 million sq. ft. of leases for global brands like McDonald's, Starbucks, KFC, and Auchan, and advising on hospitality projects such as the Park Inn by Radisson. At Yum! Restaurants International and McDonald's Corporation, I spearheaded KFC expansions and forged strategic retail partnerships.
