Sergio Chapa joined Newmark Knight Frank in January 2015 as senior managing director in the company’s Chicago office. Mr. Chapa specializes in industrial real estate as well as tenant representation and has extensive experience in corporate operations and information technology systems.
Prior to Newmark Knight Frank, Mr. Chapa worked at Lee & Associates, where he focused on the industrial real estate in North Cook, Lake County and Southeastern Wisconsin markets. He was also vice president at Wagener Equities, where he thrived by completing multi-million dollar transactions and earned an excellent reputation.
Mr. Chapa excels not only at tenant representation assignments but at listing opportunities. He provides excellent service and a great level of commitment. Mr. Chapa also holds a key leadership position on the board of directors for the Association of the Industrial Real Estate Brokers (AIRE).
