Serina is a dynamic and highly experienced commercial real estate professional with over 14 years at The Sembler Company. She currently holds the role of Director of Leasing, where she leads strategic leasing efforts and tenant relations across a diverse portfolio. Serina’s tenure at Sembler began in market research, where she spent five years as Market Research Manager, providing valuable insights that laid the foundation for her transition into leasing.
She spent nearly nine years as a Leasing Representative, honing her expertise in deal-making, market analysis, and asset positioning before stepping into her current leadership role. A proud Florida State University alumna, Serina also served as Vice President of the FSU Real Estate Society and gained early experience through a commercial leasing internship at Azor Advisory Services. Her well-rounded background, analytical strength, and deep market knowledge make her a key asset to the Sembler team and a trusted advisor in the retail real estate industry.
