Seth Danels is the new Associate Director of Leasing at Klein Enterprises, with extensive experience in commercial real estate leasing, portfolio management, and strategic property solutions. He previously led lease negotiations and property sales at Sinclair Broadcast Group and began his career representing landlords and tenants in retail and office properties at Trout Daniel & Associates. Seth holds a degree in Policy Management with a minor in Economics from Dickinson College, is a licensed real estate salesperson in Maryland, and is an active member of the Young Leadership Council of The Associated Jewish Federation of Baltimore. Outside of work, he is a dedicated fan of the Baltimore Ravens and Orioles and enjoys playing golf.
