Seth Douglas is responsible for assisting in underwriting and conducting due diligence for new preferred equity investments for Peaceable Street Capital. Since 2014, Mr. Douglas has gained a wealth of experience working in commercial real estate throughout the Philadelphia MSA and nationwide in all property types, most recently as an analyst at Walker & Dunlap.
Seth was responsible for all facets of a real estate transaction from properly valuing the property and assembling of broker opinion of value report, to the creation of a detailed offering memorandum, negotiating the purchase and sale contract, and working with various third parties to ensure a smooth and timely closing. In his career, Seth has closed over 50 real estate transactions with a total consideration of over $350MM, 1.3K apartment units, and over 1.5MM SF of space. In addition, Seth was responsible for maintaining various databases to target and identify potential future properties to market, identify active players in various markets, and conduct marketing campaigns to reach over 15K firms.
Seth was also employed by Rittenhouse Realty Advisors, a mid-Atlantic boutique real estate firm specializing in multifamily investment sales, as an associate with similar responsibilities but a smaller market presence.
Seth graduated from Temple University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance with a focus in Real Estate Investment.
